Transportable diesel tank (vertical-horizontal*) made of carbon steel of the first choice in S235JR according to EN10025/93 sp. 30/10, mounted inside a protective structure to prevent impact and rolling. Upper wheelbase 300 mm diameter with bolts and gaskets; quick coupling 3″Lockable; 2 bulkheads to avoid the splashing of the liquid ; safety vent approved with double action to prevent the spillage of the liquid in case of overturning with approved safety valve and wheel breaker. In the upper part of the oil transport tanks there is also a fuse cap that can melt preventing the tank from breaking in case of fire. Positioned at the bottom of the tank there is an external level indicator. The mobile diesel tanks can be lifted through special pockets on four sides. The transportable diesel tanks are pretreated with two coats of epoxy and then painted with two coats of glossy polyurethane finish bi component, green color RAL 6018, after phosphating treatment.
DISPENSER GROUP: Located inside a metal cabinet of orange color RAL 2008 with key lock, including a battery pump 12/24 volts with flow rates from 22 to 48 LT/min. a private use liter counter with partial zero and progressive totalizer, a line filter and 1″ oil-proof rubber hose with automatic gun.
The tanks transport diesel are supplied with manual of use and maintenance, test certificate issued by Bureau Veritas, certificate of approval issued by the Ministry of Transport and the General Command of the Body of port authorities, other certifications as per current standards; table of information on the level indicator.
