Safe and versatile refueling solutions with Di Camillo tanks and accessories

Agricultural activities, construction sites, logistics companies: the need to store and transport fuel in a practical and safe way is a priority for many activities. Fixed dispensing tanks for diesel, diesel and petrol: practicality and safety

For company refueling of trucks and company or agricultural vehicles, fixed tanks represent one of the most efficient solutions. Designed to be permanently installed in a specific area, they must still guarantee a safe delivery system and meet a series of very specific regulatory requirements (Ministerial Decree 22/11/2017).

The Di Camillo dispensing tanks are all approved, resistant and long-lasting, and available in different shapes and sizes. The capacities vary from 490 or 990 up to 9,000 liters (the most common are those of 1,000 liters and 5,000 litres), and all the tanks are entirely made of carbon steel pre-treated with two coats of epoxy primer, and painted with two finishing coats two-component glossy polyurethane, as well as receiving a phosphating treatment. They are also equipped with various accessories, from digital liter counters, to supply control and withdrawal management systems, up to pumps from 55 to 120 liters per minute.

Both versions required by law are made:

• approved diesel tanks, with a basin and a fireproof protective roof, for use in quarries, construction sites, trucking companies;
• approved diesel fuel tanks with double vertical chambers, where the second chamber reduces the risk of fuel spills and makes the collection tank and canopy superfluous.

Fuel transport tanks: flexibility for on-the-go operations

For activities that need extreme flexibility in refueling machinery (agricultural, industrial) or company vehicles, transportable tanks are the ideal solution to avoid having to interrupt work. Di Camillo produces a vast range of fuel transport tanks with various capacities, from 300 up to 1,000 litres, both generic and more specific. All, however, are built in carbon steel and equipped with a series of accessories from anti-water filters to digital liter counters, supply control systems and hose reels, as well as being certified for the transport of flammable liquids on the road without the need for specific vehicles or licenses. • Tanks for diesel transport: these are “standard” tanks, designed to be mounted on most vans and trucks, and therefore equipped with safety systems to prevent leaks during transport which make them ideal for refueling machines operators at quarries, construction sites, ports, racetracks…
• Tanks with tool box: this model adds to the functionality of the tank for transporting diesel fuel the presence of an integrated box for also transporting tools. This feature is particularly useful for those who need a single compact solution to transport both the fuel and the tools necessary for field operations, or an additional auxiliary tank for the transport of Ad-Blue, with the appropriate dispensing system dedicated.
• Pick-up tanks: For those who use pick-ups to transport fuel, fuel transport tanks are lightweight but durable, easy to install for quick and safe refueling wherever you are.

Refueling accessories: optimize efficiency
